Hi.

I am looking for some advice regarding spoke lengths, having had a look online and used various calculators I think i have the correct figure but would like some confirmation.

Here is the info, I would really appreciate it if someone could help with this or even point me in the direction of a company who could (I will happily pay!),

Hubs - Pro 4 Straight pull
Rim ERD - 540.5mm
Asymmetric rim so 3mm off set
Spokes - CX Ray aero

The remaining info is on the graph below:

I came out with 271 F & 270mm R.

Does this look right?

Thanks in advance

By my calcs using DT 12mm nipples (which should be the same as the ones that come with your CX Rays I think) the you get 267 all round. Calcs here:

Edit: FYI you're calcs are based on j bend not SP hubs hence the difference.

Thanks for the reply Ben and screenshot, does that also actor in the asymmetric rims? I presume they will make a difference compare to normal?

Yes, you'll notice that the flange distances are +/-3mm from what they actually are to account for the asym rim. You should check my numbers against this to double check:

Is that ERD from the manufacturer or measured? Double check it!
