Hi guys , I am looking to build an old Kona hard tail frame up, steel and very springy , for my fun bike. Which one is worth checking out in the classifieds etc for this purpose? I would like to add a rear disc conversion too, so all considered do I look at frames from the late 90's? Thanks.
