I'm looking for a new cycling jersey, but I can't seem to find anything with a long enough body, whilst still being normal width.
I'm looking for something for "casual road" use rather than full-on racewear.
So tight fitting, but not necessarily "high performance".
I thought I'd found the perfect one in the Giro New Road jersey, but it turns out it's just not long enough for me in any size.
Any ideas what brands cater to long thin(ish) body shapes?
I'm tall and skinny and really like Galibier jersey's, they fit me well, snug but not "sprayed on".
I have a long torso and found Morvelo to be a good fit
I just got a Gore C3 jersey from Wiggle. It is a slightly more relaxed fit so ideal for me on the gravel and MTB. I have a skinny long torso and it is a good fit for me.
My two La Passione are fairly long in the body.
For something more casual in style, have a look at Torm.
Would probably avoid Rapha as they're relatively short although do work well once you're in the "on bike" position.
In no particular order, these fit my long torso...
https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/CLSUBFLJ/planet-x-flanders-short-sleeve-jersey (not racing tight, bit of give, shame it isn't full length zip, bit warm for heatwave days)
https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/CLHPROSS/holdsworth-pro-cycling-professional-short-sleeve-jersey (nicely tight, full zip, good for hot days)
Endura FS260 work for me too, another good one for hot days.
Bought a Castelli Giro a few months back https://www.merlincycles.com/castelli-giro-102-bologna-cycling-jersey-173778.html , which fitted fine at time although a little short, but I'm not sure I'd wear it outdoors now it feels like most of the extra ~4Kg+ I've put back on is around my waist!
Thanks for the replies all!
I'll report back here on what works.
