turns out it's a pacific mountain expert II
never heard of them before, decent brand or cheap heavy copies of other designs?

Don't go dis'in the flex stem. I had one on my Raleigh Apex and it was way better than no flexstem. In fact I had an early set of Rock Shox that didn't do much better since no one wanted their suspension forks to move back in the day
