This has come up from the algorithms a few times, but I can’t be bothered to download an ap to see what it actually is. I thought it might be some sort of bleeding tool but why invent something which does the same job as an elastic band.

its it an excessively designed spacer to allow you to stand your bike upside down without scratching the brake lever clamp?

Was going to say the same - moreso these days to stop you resting your ebike on the display

I was very scathing about them, but it turns out they’re quite handy for e-bikes when the remote sticks out and they’re too heavy for your bike stand. Also cost about £5 from eBay or Etsy.

It’s another item that you need when you have an electric bicycle. See also - special pedals, saddle, shoes and an excuse for when you’re challenged about your use of an electric bicycle when you are young and fit!

2 tins of soup or paint also do the same job...but aren't as single purpose.

2 tins of beans aren’t as practical to stick in a bag or pocket.
