looking to buy some lights ready for winter (i know i know) i really fancy the exposure six pack but what is the brightest light you can buy?
regards
aaron
anyone???
trout lumen liberator. Luminous also of these parts builds a similar one of mega power. I wouldn't look further than them
whatever you buy now will not be the brightest come August....
Bought a lumen liberator from Troutie (he posts on here) last winter - think you'll struggle to get more/more usable light from much else...
brightness is nto necessarily the be all and end all you always want run time and fun time. IMHO too much light ruins the night part of night riding
That said I use a trout but an older one at about 900 lumens
If you already have a battery think about what will be compatabile with that
where can you buy them from?

These guys are almost always one step ahead of the big boys and while the lights are expensive they are good and cheper than teh opposition.
Myself I think its too much and would go for cheaper alternatives - search dealextreme for p7 for examples.
pure output isn't the most important thing - gotta think of light 'warmth', battery life, beam spread and focus etc etc etc...
while i'm sure a lot of people will disagree, my favourite light i've used is my halogen lumicycle - the 'yellow' light gives much better definition of the ground conditions, ime/imo. certainly not the 'brightest' lights though...
