Norco Fluid?

Marin Hawk Hill

Bear in mind the Bossnut is 800 quid at the mo.

Boardman used to have a £1000 fs / Jamis Dakar / Giant Stance? Got a feeling there’s another one I’ve missed but can’t remember what.

0.8 ... 1 k : in the trail bike full suspension segment with Shimano / Sram / RockShox ... think there is right now no rival.

Decathlon / Btwin tries to get with the "Rockrider XC" into this segment. (but really more "XC", less "trail"?)

Think 120 mm / 120 mm suspension (Manitou ?) and 27.5 / 29er ?

But no idea if these bikes are really a competition for the Bossnut V2. Very possible that they improved.

Boardman: pretty expensive these days...

(they also do a 27.5 version)

Personally, I'd buy second hand, but ymmv - the Bossnut at £800 looks a bit unbeatable (or £1199 for the better forks and dropper on the uprated model).

The Beastnut had a better spec, if GO are discounting those.

GoOutdoors are doing 20% off at the moment. Either of those Bossnuts look good, but £960 for the one with a dropper is a steal.

Unless I'm missing something, you're doubling the discount. The website price already has the 20% off.

You could add a brand X dropper to the £800 bossnut though. Can't see you doing better than that for a new bike under 1k.
