Is that the one with an old QR rear axle, as in not a bolt thru?!

It said "boost" 141 5mm QR when I read up on them a while back, that's not boost as we know it...worth checking

They're alright actually, the wife had one for a while and it was fun to ride wound the woods.

I would suggest that on a hardtail virtually nobody actually needs a bolt through rear axle . 141 is actually boost but with a QR rather than a bolt through axle so if you want to upgrade at any point you can buy a boost rear wheel with QR adapters and it will fit so plenty of alternatives out there . Very capable bikes by the way , they ride way above what you would expect from the price point .

I have a Roscoe 8 - 2020 model and really like it, way better than I expected
(although it is for sale due to having too many bikes and not enough money 😊 )

I have a Roscoe 8, 2019. It is the most fun hardtail I have ridden. I swapped the 650+ wheels for a set of Hunt 29's, keeping the chunkies for the winter slop, snow and ice. The bike is really capable, very good climber, great on descents.

It's like a fat marlin, lower spec has Judy forks which are ok but nothing special. Top spec is ok

I have a Roscoe 8 2019, I’ve done BPW, the Peaks, Thetford plus local riding. Bought a set of Hope wheels for long mileage rides & fitted Fox 34 performance forks. Very capable bike, handled everything I’ve thrown at it with ease👍🏻

I have a 2020 Roscoe 7. Absolutely love it. Admittedly i have put a set of pikes on it but im a big lad and it takes everything i throw it down or over. Yes, the plus tyres can make smoother sections a bit draggy, but overall its a riot!
