1) Michelin XC Dry tyres really are dry weather tyres
2) Finger tight isn't tight enough for disk mounts
3) Lockons really need to be tight to actually lock on
4) Always take a multi tool, otherwise descents can be a bit hairy (see above)
5) I need a lot more air in my rear shock or take anti seasick pills
6) I need less air in my forks
7) I need to find my shock pump

Still better to find out last night than out on the course at MM

What I learned today:
TimP knows nothing about bicycles and their workings and is probably a bit of a ham fisted moron.

For MM I wouldn't bother adjusting anything on your bike - with the forecast as it is you will be carrying it 😉

Try more damping instead.

Top tip for mayhem - come up with some kind of rucksack strap arrangement to allow you to carry your bike easily 🙂
