Thanks John, I dodn't know a lot about these type headsets, or fitting them, but the top bearings on my headset seemed to dislodge somehow, over lap and resulted in much play fore and aft on the stem. On investigation, the bearings somehow popped out of their holder. Superstar Internal headset, BTW. Can I keep the bottom bearings in and simply replace the top heaset section with a new one?
