As it says really.
Took the sleeve off to add a volume reducer, put it all back together, reinflated to my usual 175psi, tried on the bike, and got 100% sag as I sat on the bike.
Checked the shock pressure, checked the pressure gauge, same again.
Removed shock, removed volume reducers, 175psi, 100% sag.
220psi, 95% sag.
Start from 50 psi, cycle through 100% travel 10x and repeat at 25psi intervals until I got to 175psi to see if the positive & negative chambers needed equalised, same problem.
Any ideas? It must be something obvious, but I canny see it.
Thanks!
Check the o-ring in the middle of the aircan for damage.
I said it would be something obvious....
No damage to the middle o-ring, but its fit is a little loose and as I was replacing the sleeve I seem to have been catching it and pulling it out of its groove.
Cheers Rick!
