I'd guess the painted lines were wonky rather than twisted bars?

More common than you think on bars that have separate alignment markers either side of the centreline. Pick the one you like best, and then be a dick to the other side. 😉

I only ever use one side anyway, problem is if the markings are on the p!ss maybe they're off centre as well.
Just checking, does anyone else tape a stick to their saddle and swing the bars 90° left n right to see if they're even, some bars can be out several millimetres, would you notice if your bar was 5mm higher on one side.

fadda, funny you should say that, I have a method for checking that to, an old uncut steerer crown assembly, I always check it lines up with a seatpost, I've actually sent a frame back when it didnt pass my inspection, headtube was like one minute past 12, shocking quality control.

What makes you think your arms are the same length?

You just need to rotate the right side of the bar up a tad.

Having broken my collar bone a few times, wonky bars would be perfect for my wonky shoulder. Can I have them? 😁

Build up your lefthand grip with layers of wafer thin ham until you are happy

Some carefully placed explosive charges will straighten them out.

Lol, has the potential to be another classic thread in the making.😁

More importantly, get that bloody Rubik's cube sorted.
