Randomly, I bumped into Blake this morning while waiting outside the sweetie shop in Bath, he was on his way up to the hospital to see Neil.

Came a 'massive' cropper on the road bike yesterday, Blake was right behind him when it happened. A 'proper bad one' by all accounts.

I've always thought that road biking was more dangerous! Hope he's ok, what I saw on Facebook looked pretty bad...

The list of injuries is nasty reading. Must be serious as there isn't a Dirt Shed Show up yet, understandable really.

He's out of surgery, plated jaw and ankle, teeth out.

No word on the bleed on the brain which can be as serious as it sounds.

He's out his hand up to it - over shot a turning and hit an oncoming car.

Poor lad.

I didn't twig who the post was about until I saw the comment about GMBN!

Best wishes to him for a speedy recovery (even if he did blank us when we said "hello" to him on Long Mynd a few weeks ago 😉 ).

Dirt Shed Show is up now, which mentions his accident.

Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery.
