What Grease for the bottom bracket and the headset cups on a titanium frame?

Poly Lube?
Copper slip?

Quite expensive, but lasts a loooooong time.
I've always used copper anti seize and been fine, but in theory, a zinc based anti seize would be better suited to aluminium components in a dissimilar material.
I've always used Copper Slip without issues.
What would be the issue with using normal bike grease? (Asking for a friend)
Normal grease doesn't have the right properties to stop bi-metallic corrosion. In layman's terms, it is too thin to create a barrier - it is just a lubricant. Tell your friend not to use it.
Cowslip is a totally different to Copaslip.

Job for tomorrow remove seat post, clean, re-grease and re fit.
Hmm. Seems I've been ignorant too, just using regular grease for BB in my Ti gravel frame, and carbon paste for the seatpost. I thought Ti doesn't really corrode as such so you could get away with that (in a way you can't with steel frames. And dropper posts. Don't ask me how I know.)
Never had a problem with a BB using Shimano green grease but have had sticky seat post which I blamed on ingress of crud through not sealing that slot in the top of the seat post.
7 years of Ti hardtail ownership that's largely reserved for horrible conditions rides and I've been fine with copaslip for the BB threads and normal grease for the thomson seatpost.
Should always remember grease by design is to help things move and anti seize to inhibit corrosion prevent galling. I'm not saying grease won't be fine most of the time but you might as well buy the right stuff.
Never used copaslip on a seatpost (and have a ti frame). I used carbon paste and I've not died yet. At least, I'm fairly sure I haven't.
Copper slip with the built in dabber brush. The brush is important. Just top up tin once every five years.
