I currently have 55s set to 140mm but want something different. What travel should i have on the Heckler? Size is Large if it makes a difference.

150mm 32's would be my choice

is 150mm the travel that is supposed to be for this frame? i am looking at forks at the moment but need to narrow down to the travel i need

I believe that you can go up to 160mm. I currently run 150mm RS Air Sektors and apart from a slight topout knock they work great. The head angle didn't slacken out too much and it still climbs as well as I do.

You could run 160mm like Kd48 said

Lyriks, here's a pic of my old steed. Change the rear shock for a 2.25" stroke and you get an extra 3/4" travel.

go with the 160s. I went with 150 (mainly cause I couldn't afford the fox 36s) and always think the bike would be a little better with the former. It also seems to have quite a steep headangle and short wheel base for what i bought it for, which the 160s would go someway to improving
