Hi
I've got a 456 Carbon and am looking to get some new forks to replace the Fox Float 32's I'm currently running as they are not stiff enough. I know the 456 will take upto a 160mm travel fork so...

I've been offered a set of Magura Wotan's at a really good price...Will they be any good with the frame? Anyone tried them? Anyone running similar sized forks?

Cheers
Steve

I have a 20mm Maxle-lite Revelation Team on mine, 150mm travel. Love it.

Tried it with a Fox 36 Talas briefly but didn't like the extra weight and it wasn't "just right" at either 130mm or 160mm.

Also tried a 32 Float with 140mm travel and that was OK.

Fox 32 TALAS 150-110s w/ 15mm axle.

Plenty stiff enough for me, and I'm not exactly light. Not sure of the Wotan's weight, but I too would be concerned about the bike becoming really front heavy.
