ha, brilliant, cheers 😆 the tub in my link also comes as a tube. There may be an obvious answer to this, but ive never done it before so wanted to make sure.... unless you meant this......

I recomend Rock'n'Roll lubes, expensive, but they do their jobs so well I'd pay double.

The super slick is good for moving parts that slide (wipe it under the dust seals, on air pistons, etc, before re-assembly), the web grease looks like runny bubblegum between your fingers, good for bearings and other things that move but not in a slidey way, the red stuff is good, but I struggle to think os specific uses for it. Super coat sticks to stuff like mech pivots, so is possibly the best stuff for the spring as it wont get washed off?
