The tool below is designed for Fox forks, but I think it's compatible with Rock Shox also.

That's the Pro Level Fox [b]wiper[/b] seal tool, the OP was asking about [b]oil[/b] seals, which Fox forks don't actually use... 😉

An appropriate size inverted socket works for me.
