I need a set of fairly skinny tyres (1.8-9ish) for my single speed....that are also fairly cheap. anything decent anyone can recommend?

Schwalbe cx pro comes in at 1.3 and costs about £9.99.
I have them on my commuter and they carve through the mudfest that is my journey to work a treat.

Panaracer Fire come in 1.8, not modern but should be cheap and work well in mud.

fires are not cheap in the mudguise - 27 pounds an end

we went for maxxis medusas for 17.99 an end in 1.8 at on-one

Schwalbe Landcruisers are cheap and bombproof. They do weigh a fair bit but they also roll fast and grip very well for a budget tyre.

Charge Splashback £20 a pair. Available in 1.8 and 2.1 Plus they have tanwalls for that retro look
