LObster - take the Rebas off and fit some rigid carbon forks. You will lose a massive amount of weight and you will be pleasantly surprised how comfortable the ride is. You have a full susser, so go fully rigid with the other 😀

change lock-ons for esi grips
thompson stuff for anything lighter
high rollers for crossmarks/aspens/ardents
xt brakes for formulas with smaller rotors

Esi grips spin in the wet.

Bikes are fine as they are. Get fitter and spend the cash on a holiday instead.

mine don't.
very comfy and so far outlast ruffian style lock-ons by a long way.
