So I'm after a centre lock adaptor so I can fit a 200mm Hope 6 bolt rotor to a centre lock hub
I looked at the DT Swiss ones but they are only rated for up to a 160mm rotor
So which centre lock adaptors are ok for 200mm rotors?

are they? Shiiiii… I’ve been using two of theirs for 4-5 years. Moved the front up to 220 two years ago. They came with the bike.

There's more than one type of DT Swiss adapter. The road one is up to 160 mm, the MTB one is up to 230 mm. Been using one on my kids bike (200 mm) - it's taken some abuse and been fine.
