Got some coil U-turn pikes in 26″ 140mm max travel, MoCo damper. Always thought they were ok but a little harsh despite having the softest spring in them.
Just ridden a bike with a Yari 160 fork and was blown away by how much better the damping was.
Is there anything I can swap the MoCo damper out for to improve the situation?

If you're looking for something to get close to a modern Yari fork then the short answer is no. Get them sold and replaced.
