Any experience as to what works well with Shimano road STI? I was thinking BB5/7

I run BB7 (the road version) with my 105 shifters on my Fargo and they've been faultless.

More tuneable than the BB5's.

Just make sure you get the road versions as the Mountainbike version won't work properly.

BB7's seem to be the standard issue for this years range of cx bikes.

BB7s ensure you get the road version.

Make sure you get decent cables and have a full outer cable run though. Just sealed from standard campag cables to jagwire ripcord. Brakes are now loads firmer no squidge at all and loads more power. Recommended.

I have Tektro Lyra's. Seem fine to me but I haven't used BB7's. Price is better but maybe some one who has used both can say. These allow both pads to be adjusted.
