Going by that description, BB30 was only on the higher end models (105 upwards). The spec of that bike is Sora as standard so if you had the Sora bike originally then it looks like its a threaded bottom bracket.
The BB listed is FSA cartridge so i'd put money on that being a threaded BB.
Have you removed the crankset to see if the bottom bracket is threaded or pressfit? If its threaded then you will need http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/shimano-ultegra-6800-bottom-bracket/rp-prod108701 (English / 68mm)
Hunting round elsewhere your bike has threaded bb as it currently has square taper cranks.
Therefore yes, a road ht2 bb will fit fine

Are you sure it is BB30 frame? The Sora equipped ones don't have BB30 [url= http://www.cannondale.com/en/USA/Bike/ProductDetail?Id=6a64c7dd-4165-49e9-8daa-05e405f5dc6d ]in the specs[/url], only from [url= http://www.cannondale.com/en/USA/Bike/ProductDetail?Id=277aece5-b2f1-4349-a75d-d66d1b986609 ]Tiagra[/url] and up.

hi, BB currently fitted is "this"..so I will just buy and fit this then I can fit the Ultegra crankset.
