Look in for a heart rate strap to use with my iPhone 6 and a number of apps.
Not really bothered by the price but want a reliable unit with decent fit and easy clean.

Any thing better than a polar h7 ?

I use the h7 for the gym and climbing and can't fault it I have to change the battery's every month or 2. I suppose it's all about the app you use. i don't use polar's app that's crap. BT HRM just transmits your HR good app is what makes it

Topeak panobike has worked well for me for about 18 months.

I use one of these with
my Samsung Galaxy 5 but according to Topeak it works with Apple also.

It works with Stava

The Mio Link is an option, if you don't want a chest strap.

My Polar H7 has died. Before it did it ate batteries. Not recommended.

Thanks all. Some good suggestions, I'll see what the reviews say.
I'll probably order the h7 and pano bike to see what their like in the flesh

Edit - looks like the panobike then 🙂
