I saw this video this morning and it made me laugh out loud, but it also made me realise just how much fun riding a bike should be, no matter your ability, what bike you ride, where you ride or what gear you wear.

I hate these ruts
No mountain bikers were injured in the course of making this video. But the cameraman was the day after. The subject claims to this day that was karma in action.
