Any feedback from anybody thats done the TransPyr.
I currently have a 2014 Specialized Camber Pro. It’s Aluminium and frankly a bit heavy for all the climbing. So looking at getting something new.
But undecided on a nice light hardtail or a Carbon Full Suss.
Any experience/recommendations. Outside of the TransPyr I only do XC riding, not much trail riding, so don’t really need a lot of travel.

I’ve not done it so hopefully someone will be along to give more details. I just know bits of the route and also see people finishing. I’ve even had to rescue some people, normally we drop them off just before the finish line so they can walk across (don’t tell anyone!)
What I see is a lot of easy trails and fire roads. Almost everyone I see is on a hard tail or a very short travel XC bike.
