Our friend is looking to get a bike - to go with his sons to bike parks, trails, etc.
He has set his heart on a FS and needs a large.
I've looked at the usual suspects - Merlin, Pauls, etc and some relative good buys to be had.
However, has anyone spotted anything representing great value?
Thanks.
Here's a few sale Full Suss in Large in roughly that price bracket

Check actual sizing on what you find, large is a big range across brands.
20% off in YT outlet right now, might snag a Jeffsy for close to that

I'm saving at the moment.
As above. Large is more a relative concept than a defined size.
Not so stealthy ad... I will be listing a Radon Swoop 650b, 170mm travel FS for sale in the classifieds in a few days. Size Medium, I'm 5'11 and it fits me great. 'long, low and slack', great spec (lyriks, E1900 wheels, 170mm One up dropper). Only replacing due to an upgrade to the 29er version.
I have a complete brand new frame (front, rear, bearings/bushings) to go with it, so it will have some of the 'new bike smell'. Your budget will be enough for it, a service and replacement drive chain in six months, plus enough for a trip away to a bike park. Drop me a message if interested.
Calibre Triple B, top spec for the money -
