went to visit me old mum, she is all good.
came home and preped some ifriendly food for later.
my son and his fiance came with the grandaughters. chocco madness ensued.
me and mrst went out on our bikes for a pootle.
called at a local for a stonking pint of IPA.
came home and ate ifriendly curry/rice/bhaji meal.
sat sipping a nice chianti now, totally chilled.
god is good...... 8)

Well I went for an early ride, rode over two of my fave climbs 14 times each to time trial myself up and down them (to improve fitness) and got some good times too..
Cleaned the Bathroom,
Put some washing on..
Made a fabulous roast Celeriac and roasted Veg meal..
Watched Tom stretch his legs a bit..
Went to see an old mate..
Sitting drinking a fine Flemish Lager..
God is ok, faith is better.
Oooh...mixing grape & grain...your head will remind you in the morning.

I think most curry is iFriendly.
I've just kicked the rice and nan bread into touch.
Then its game on !.
Puzzles the waiters though when I don't order any rice of bread.
But I eat loads more curries now without putting on the weight.
