I'm looking for some 80mm xc forks for general use and racing. (Ideally, they'd also be available with IS mounts, but this isn't a must, and white or black if I want to be a tart about the colour). There seem to be pretty limited options nowadays- Rock Shox SIDs (with travel spaced down) and Magura Durins look about the best options other than Manitou R7s (which I've heard are much more flexy(?)). Does anyone have any opinions on any of these? Is there anything else out there I should consider?

Also, I've been keeping an eye out on the usual sites, but there don't appear to be any great offers on any 2010 forks at the moment- anyone noticed any bargain 80mm Durins or Sids anywhere recently?

Any tips appreciated.

'Bump' for the daytime set, seeing as it proved so fascinating last night.

Thanks for the suggestion benz- have had a quick look. They're be a bit heavier than I was looking for. CRC seem to have the R7s on sale now though too - but I'm still a bit put off by their flexy reputation, even though I've no idea if that is true. Maybe another option is to look second hand.
