Picked up a cheapish set of 650b wheels for the tripster v2... it can run up to 2" tyres, and I think it'll be a right hoot!

Alas, not sure on what tyre to go for...

Oh wise sages of STW...help me choose 🙂

Well, amongst all the above suggestions, I went for the tried and tested geax saguro!

Hopefully will make the tripster a proper long distance bridleslayer!!

Surprised someone hasn't chimed in who is building a Mason Bokeh up. And yes, they'll both be a hoot!

Saguaros are great mixed-use tyres. I've used Nano 2.1s on a 650B drop-bar bike, that was fun, almost too much tyre for the bike style but good off-road when it's soft. Tend to prefer something with a totally smooth centre for the road sections though so a worn-down Saguaro or Nano would be even better.
