Are we talking about 35mm rise or 35mm clamp?
Renthal bars are 7deg backsweep.
Most Raceface bars are 8deg backsweep
All Nukeproof 9 deg backsweep

Yes, the Renthal bars are some of the straightest you can buy.
Someone on anther thread suggested these that I bought for the same reason, to try a different shape without spending loads:

So far I like them, I did cut them down to 760mm as my grips give me an extra 20mm, so effectively they are 780mm.
