Id rather not have a chain tensioner if poss. And I seem to remember that the orange5 was a suitable candidate for this, but have searched in vain for the old threads.
And tbh the orange 5 doesnt pivot on the bb so I'm not sure what I was thinking...

Anyone out there with an encyclopaedic memory care to reeducate me?

Orange 5 certainly won't ss without a tensioner...

The Cove G-Spot had a BB pivot, no idea if it still does though. The Kona A does as well, although that's only 100mm I think.. but that's about it I think.

My Solid Flair pivots around the BB and I run mine SS.
130mm / 160mm adjustable travel on the back.

Cove GSpot, concentric pivot and magic ratio will work with an internal gear hub. Here's mine with a rohloff:

Jackass> niiiice. Hefty weight frame tho. Do you get to use it on slopestyle courses or is it a AM/MiniHD type ride?

I rock the narl to sweet double whips to the high 5's dude man dude*

* it's my dh bike, nothing but descents on it, rides great for the stuff down south, even run it on 130mm most of the time, it's got marz 55s and a ti spring now and looks awesome, never been on a slopestyle course in my life

Oh and it's weird at first listening to the suspension working and not hearing the chain rattle you get with gears

Sorry but is a tensioner, or lack of it the best criteria to build your new FS bike around?

I like that flair a lot, I think I might start looking for something similar around 4-5 inch
