As the title, venturing out on Sunday, most likely going to be wet. I've rode both before, but not the new/latest black stuff at Llandegla, how will it be in the wet?

All/any suggestions welcome!

Kev

Not ridden Llandegla's new black stuff in the wet yet but it was great last weekend and I can't see it being much different when more damp.

I've been to Gisburn after a prolonged rain spell and it's been pretty mashed up. This was a few years ago, not sure if they've sorted out drainage issues now.

Llandegla will be fine in any weather.

I've only been to Gisburn once (this time last year actually) - it was wet, pretty muddy and cut up in a lot of places TBH.

Rode Gizzy on Tuesday night, it's our default night ride in wet weather as it drains so well.

Some bits are fairly cut up - almost like riding off road and you'll probably have to wash your bike and clothes afterwards.

I hear the Velodrome at Manchester is nice and dry at the moment. 😉

'degla will be fine in the wet.

Penmachno is better though and is always wet so the weather makes no difference, apart from when it's frozen
