Ha! I was staying at bikevillage with Sam and Lyndsey and fam in February and the snowline was waaay up the hills from the village! Mad.
might have just missed you jim - was there earlyish feb too. and yeah - the snow was far higher then!!

usually do - no idea why i'm not there! its normally dusty and off camber - the snow made it a lot easier for some reason...

Still goes to show anything can happen with weather in the Alps. I wonder if anyone bought the farm? It wasn't unexpected, the Meteo said the weather might be bad, I guess the lesson is if it's the Alps and the forecast says "the weather might be a little iffy, possibly, a little rain maybe, depending" - stay the hell of the hill!
