had a awesome morning at meadowbank...very scary at the top of the banking with the wind coming down from the west.defo recommend it if youve never tried it..may have a go in glasgow when it opens....

A couple of laps of a Velodrome make you suitably awestruck of the absolute nutters who do it full time at professional level. Its absolutely exhausting!
agreed...i did about 6 laps flat out and was done after that...legs recovered though..i found that the shorter stuff was more me.its a lot better hitting the banking at speed.
