how do you tighten the NDS?
2 pinch bolts on the crank arm
My rather well worn Truvative cranks did that - mine were an odd 'spiralling' fracture and missing piece from where the crank bolt tightened. For mine it must have been fatigue, as they were 6 years old.
That looks like it could open up a leg really quickly...
Were the pinch bolts tightened to the specified torque?
