Having paid a little more attention: he's printing the mould not the bike part. The lay up is still by hand. Amazing all the same.
I have a question about this (Since I know nothing about carbon fibre etc). He prints the moulds using the printer and then lays carbon fibre inside, but the moulds are only for half of the tube. Do you join the opposite sides of the mould before putting in the oven, or do you cook both sides separately and then wrap around with fibre and cook again to form the whole tube?
