I remember his first carbon bike on dirt's website.
Like the look of the 29er.
That is just brilliant.
Ace! - Enjoyed watching that.
Nice machine to have in the garage! 🙂
I wonder what software he used to model the design. I can use Maya so might model i design over the summer.
Now that is impressive- one clever and motivated chap.
That's very cool. I do love looking at amazing stuff people build in their sheds.
Will we all be doing this in 10 years?
Wow.
That sound we hear, it's the noise of the game changing.
would'nt mind that 29er frame, if it was for sale
Paul yeah. Looks like a carbon Yelli Screamy-a-like to me. Short at the back, slack at the front, 1x.
Want.
He's a mate of mine. Good guy and bloody fast rider too:)

Having paid a little more attention: he's printing the mould not the bike part. The lay up is still by hand. Amazing all the same.
I have a question about this (Since I know nothing about carbon fibre etc). He prints the moulds using the printer and then lays carbon fibre inside, but the moulds are only for half of the tube. Do you join the opposite sides of the mould before putting in the oven, or do you cook both sides separately and then wrap around with fibre and cook again to form the whole tube?
