First night ride for a while conducted entirely in the pissing rain

Who do I write to to complain?

I went for a ride and I got scratched by brambles, and stung by nettles. Down with this sort of thing!

Monday was glorious though. The Sun shines on the righteous, apparently.

Not at night it doesn't.

Good to hear you survived.
Monsoon season has returned to the Peaks, and the glorious mud is back.
I shall be heading out after work to get a wet and filthydirty helmet with any luck. 😀

It was nice and dry for us until we got to the pub. Then it started to drizzle.

I was out in the rain last night too, wasn't raining particularly heavy and ended up having a great time. One of those rides when you get home completely unknackered and could easily do another 15/20 miles but it's already 11.30pm and I have work in the morn at 8.15. 🙁

You've changed! I remember when you did this for the people...

Now you're just about the glamour 🙁

The previously all-year-round game of 'how deep is that black boggy puddle my front wheel is about to drop into/Russian roulette' has been re-initiated. Which is a good thing as I was just, like, SOOOOOOOOOOOOO over the whole dry dusty thing

Mind you. Early finish today and the long off-road, muddy route home later, so... musn't grumble 😀

well... apart from the still soggy helmet 😥

My helmet returned from last nights ride dripping in sweat and maybe a little cheesy.

Good ride in dry conditions.

Lovely and dry in cannock last night, I was expecting damp sandy dirt, ended up with sand, I was quite surprised. Just started spotting as I was riding home. Need to sort out the lighting situation though.

Ah that would be me. Sorry.
