I can't wait for the test ride results, I don't think it's going to be pretty.

Brilliant!

I'd like to see the working out though, seems like they went bonkers on the HA and SA but could have pushed the reach and CS out a bit more.

Still, the wheelbase must straddle three postcodes.

Did you know that Trek have an equivalent to SWAT?
Not joking, btw.

Ideal for the UK as the mud thrown up from the front tyre wouldn't reach you.

That ^ looks broke. My old Orange P7 went like that after a particularly hard landing to flat. Felt well weird riding home.

Somewhere in Finland, a Pole engineer is stroking his chin and going "Hmmmmm"...

Looks a bit like a Pole.

And now we know where Knolly's are made.

When he sits on it for the first time is hilarious.

Should probably have phoned Chris Porter who's already done these experiments and figured out what doesn't work.

I think that was the whole point, making a bike that doesn't work. 😉

Quite an amusing video but the funniest bit was when he sat on it....
that and how amazingly similar it is to an actual Pole bike (which looks horrific by the way...)

Is it only me who thinks if you steepened the head angle and slackened the seat angle back to a reasonable level that it would actually look like quite a nice bike?

^no, not only you. It is a perfectly decent catalogue frame with a slackened head angle and steepened seat angle that Pink Bike extrapolated from recent trends. Check out the video or article where they explain how it came about

Don't forget about the 400mm seat tube with 500mm reach, on a size "small" 🙂

And the 1400mm wheelbase. Are we gonna need rear wheel steering in the future to get around switchbacks?
