You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Might want to make that public first...
Just used a stock photo but there was one of these parked up in Hove. It was super well made and had nice details but I'm really trying to understand what it's for.
That's been doing the rounds for years.
Well first time I've seen one in the wild.
Only weighs 60lbs or so iirc?
It did have some interesting details but could well be pretty heavy
This is the weirdest bike I have seen - there were several at a Safari park I took the kids to. It had legs instead of wheels, a natty stripy paint job and was able to self propel. I genuinely have never seen any other bike quite like them. Did look like it would be pretty heavy and a handful to control at BPW.

"Unique Okapi". Say it 30 times as fast as you can.
The promo video was a must-see.

Hilarious -
48secs in, is he about to fall off? 😆
I'm entertained anyway
"The Carbon e-bike is perhaps the most advanced concept of e-bike available today. It could be defined as a hybrid bicycle/motorcycle: a lightweight device which releases large amounts of power. Still a true bicycle that you can enjoy in every sense of the word, it offers you much more in terms of usability, performance and freedom: the SUV e-bike. The Carbon SUV e-bike is a combination of stability, lightness and strength in a very different taste for bike riding"
It looks like a really big Swiss Army knife.

75lb (34kg)
Surely we can come up with something weirder?

Fiver says it was Eubank.
I prefer the track version.

Gravity bike

On eBay near me

Epi - you just HAVE to buy that - but don't fancy taking solo to Loch Maree. 🙂

The thought did cross my mind.
It's a 4 seater, if only I had 3 equally dumb friends.
Oh, hang on, most of my friends are singlespeeders. Problem solved... 🙂

There are some real corkers.
If you were run down by that bike, folk would wonder what attracted it to you...
The problem with Google is that it it just keeps getting weirder!
I like the 'CARBON' sticker on the welded alloy swing arm.
I've seen that in Hove too - the bloke who owns it virtually carries a big "LOOK AT ME SIGN" when he's actually riding it.
I'd wear a paper bag over my head.
velocipede
...what’s the link to that?? Really want to see that!
I presume you mean the "car"
If you buy, I'll help you pedal it home. 🙂
Thanks for posting my pic Nach! I really ought to work out how to do that.
I've just seen the weirdest bike I've ever seen cycle past me up the high street. It was a tandem, the rear of which appeared to be of upright design, but the front (which was over a smaller front wheel) was quite clearly a recumbent. I couldn't tell who was the pilot and who was the stocker.
It may well be a standard design but I've never seen one before (no camera to hand so off to Google for pictures).
-- Edit --
Not exactly the same (the recumbent section was higher), but something along these lines ....

That's a Hase Pino. I'd really like one.
Did you go through Street (Somerset) this morning?
nope - but I know who that is! They're superb bikes
Need weirder?

We don't have a tradition of beach cruisers in this country,

Something tells me these never made production –

They appear to be getting scarily nearer to production. About a year late but this is kickstarter after all. Full marks for perseverance from that team:
Go on then, how does that 3 wheeler steer?

What looks like a second down tube is actually a steering arm.
Inverness inventor takes the trophy!
I'm strangely drawn to this...

If you're around South West London you might well see this fella. I've only seen him in the flesh once but what a treat it was.

I think these guys win 🙂

I can’t help but feel this thread should be re titled ‘bikes epicyclo has owned’
