I've lost one of these weird little washers from a set of old school Time MTB pedals.

You've got to wonder if flat non-turn washers would work OK by reshaping as you tighten. Well, I do.

I don't think modern cleat bolts come with them. I have modern time pedals and I'm sure they were just bolts without those lock-washers IIRC.
I had some small star-washers somewhere which may have worked but I can't find them. Sod's law!
