Forecast is a balmy 16 degrees for Hertfordshire.

Can't wait to hit my local loop, now plus snowdrops.

All MTB plans foiled as the rear shock is in the shop being serviced, so hoping to take the roadie out for its first 100 miler, weather permitting of course 😉

Llandegla tomorrow, staying in Llangollen tomorrow night with curry & beer. Not 100% sure on Sundays plans yet, but it'll involve riding my bike somewhere nearby or on the way home. All of this is in aid of a friends 50th 😀

west of Scotland is due a weather hammering tonight, tomorrow, so trails will be a soggy mess by Sunday. Thinking a local sun morn road loop, 50 miles or thereabouts on dry, not too cold, roads 🙂

BMX track this afternoon. FoD off-piste epic tomorrow or Sunday, taking in some classics and a few new trails I've not got round to trying 😀

Round 1, Innerleithen this weekend. Hardtailing it, for reasons I don't really understand myself. Bigjim's fault I think

Weather looks orrible 😆

Ooh. Suns coming out and it might just sneak in to double-digit temperatures.

Might ride up to Frankenstein's Castle.

Cafe run with the club on Saturday to shake down the race bike and loosen the legs. First road race of the season on Sunday - a nice easy E/1/2/3/4 APR at least until the scratch group catches us, couple of pros and a lot of hitters in there.

Was planning on heading east to Glentress tomorrow given weather in west horrible.... Is that a bad idea given the Scottish Enduro is at Inners?

+1 Although it'll probably afternoon practice for me Saturday. If you see a battered old sc green nomad with a equally battered old rider aboard it, with the Mrs holding a Rhodesion Ridgeback desperately trying to join me riding on the Sunday it'll be me 😀

was out this morning round the local woods in the part sunshine, still too much ghastly mud puddles. Mates round for 6.30 for a night ride on saturday, gonna punish him with lots of short steep climbs with plenty more slimey mud.

I have the chance of getting a road ride in south Manchester way for 2-3 hours on Sunday - thus avoiding a kids birthday party.

Can any locals suggest a decent route from say Marple?

No pass for tomorrow so I can't go chasing the good weather towards the Peak. Lakes ride is a possibility for Sunday if the weather front passes through quickly enough overnight. Just got back from a Barden Moor loop, so anything is a bonus. Verry unfit. 😥

Looking a bit grey and windy here. A couple of local training rides. Getting some miles in on the TT bike tomorrow. Tempted to get the mtb out for Sunday's longer one, either that or the morning club run.

Riding the Evans ride it from Harewood House tomorrow, so that's 33 miles on the mtb, and then hopefully get out for 70 miles on the road bike on sunday.

Wont make any difference at all I would imagine.

Heading east to get away from the worst of the weather too, can't decide on venue yet though. Probably road ride on Sunday

First warm sunny weekend of the year?

I'll stay in - I don't want people thinking it's the first time I've been out since the clocks went back 😉

Weather doesn't look great for Peebles either tbh! But nah, GT'll just be like normal.
