There have been some windows of lovely weather this weekend amongst the downpours.

Decided to ride to Sherwood Pines from the door on the gravel bike. Maybe pushing the definition of 'gravel' though:

Just a short spin round the FOD for me, checking the big bike out ahead of a trip to Dyfi Bike Park next weekend. A loop of bits of the red, blue, a bit of the DH and some hidden linking bits.

The place was heaving and the dirt was lovely, moist hero dirt everywhere and the off-piste stuff was getting a hammering judging by the chat I heard as pedalling around.

Family ride to Faaborg on the island of Fyn in Denmark. Every larger road here seems to have a cycle path like this and loads of people everywhere on bikes.

Counting this as the weekend as it was Monday. Up to the top of the hill at kielder (not worth it for an old fire road marked as black)
