This two day ride was my longest and I’m shattered
I had an after work ride on Monday.
It was supposed to be with a friend but I got the message that I had been expecting on Sunday evening that he couldn’t make it. Surprise surprise as he realised he was already half cut before the game was looming.
Nice quiet ride around Blencathra and Skiddaw.

The next people I saw was one couple on the way down Latrigg which was a result to have it so quiet
Due to Covid playing havoc with my Alpine trip, Mrs Ready and I had a hastily arranged few days in the Lakes, followed by a few more days in Glentress and Innerleithen.
1st riding trip north of the border, won't be the last!
