Went for the fatbike today and amazingly managed to steer clear of ridiculous mud, and just had kind of silly mud conditions. Loop of Warwickshire (not all of it) to test out my painful wrists and hands. Not too bad.

Nice to be out. Very mild.

What you got?

Ok not this weekend but I got back from a weeks riding with Ciclo on thursday, so excuse the gratuitous photo bombing...but i feel very lucky to have gotten away with it the way things are unfolding.

Might get out for a quick ride in the morning. Will be the first for too many weeks and possibly my last ever on the old Rocket.

Today's bike-related activities have been mainly limited to finally getting this to the rolling chassis stage. Just all the nasty, irritating, niggly stuff left to do.

Managed to get some days of during the week so some cheeky trail building on Thursday and Friday.
[img] [/img]
Knocked out with a throat bug after that but just managed to get a couple of hours out this afternoon, being lucky to have some mountains nearby, the convenience of which in current isolating times is greatly appreciated although everyone and their dog was out hiking today.

Need to make the most of the cool weather before summer hits.

Had a cracking ride in the Peak yesterday, it'd definitely rained over night! Short road ride for tea & cake with the Mrs later today.

Hi Infra, not sure what you are using to host the pics but I'm using Postimage and it seems to work well here.
Just register, upload and it will even provide the link to directly post into your post.

Out with Mrs kilo and a couple of friends today for a cx ride in Surrey, nice morning but very boggy. Ended up with a steel, alloy, titanium and carbon bike in our group.
Many more “casual” cyclists than usual out on the trails, lots of people making the most of the situation

Another wet ‘n’ windy loop. Like just about every ride since the beginning of February. Ready for spring now.

No riding today - built up a hack bike out of the spares box so my lad doesn't have to go on the bus to see his girlfriend.

Went out in the rain and the mud this afternoon. First ride for about three weeks thanks to illness, injury and holidays. Not the most fitting conditions to end my relationship with the Rocket in, but a ride's a ride...

Can't get my Instagram feed to embed, but triffic ride along some of the Two Moors Way on Exmoor. Four year old nailing his stream crossings. 🙂

Out round local roads on saturday and sunday. Soaked to the skin on saturday, sunday better but still had to shelter under a tree while a heavy shower passed.

@infra I like that picture a lot!

Went out Weds and Sat. Weds was a warm slop-fest in the FoD. Sat was a slightly less muddy slop-fest on local Ross trails. It kind of feels like it could be drying out. Then it just rains again.

Didn’t take any pics, so I’ll have to substitute one from two weeks ago in Spain

Glad we didn’t book it any later!

The weekend was pretty crap so I just did shopping/drnking trips.
Today however I got a 40 mile ride in and finished at my local. And then back home to work.

Left the house Saturday night for March's bivvy.

Got back to the house much later than anticipated on Sunday. Everything from ankle deep slop, through thrutchity grass to super fast double track and hardpack gravel.

The last three odd hours were spent slogging into a block headwind and pissing rain.

Been exploring from the doorstep the last couple of days around the Teign valley. Luckily very few people were about to witness my appalling fashion faux pas...

Orange and Teal?? Ouch my eyes...

Finding out what the trail pixies have been up to
