Afternoon Guys,
Does anyone know of any weekday evening XC race series starting this summer?

I have done a couple of wiggle Saturday or Sunday races in the South of England but am running out of spare weekends and thought I would try & get some racing in during the working week.

Unforts I live in flat old Cambridge but can travel during the day with work so anywhere within a couple of hrs would work?

Cheers
Geordynige

Here you go... Bit of a drive for you, but possible.

The Beastway series starts next Weds evening for the next ten weeks.

www.beastway.com

From real first timers to olympians, all welcome and good fun/nice vibe considering the standard differences

See you there.

Cheers Ro5ey,
That is exactly what I was looking for and Weds are perfect for me too.

I live and work on the South side of Cambridge so should get there in about 1hr

Cheers

Cool

Come and say hello, I'll be on a black Rocky Mountain Vertex, white lid, red gloves ...

It's will not be the most trilling of courses tight with short sharp "climbs"... Its a pretty small area that they cris-cross but they make the most of it and racing is racing.

Oh and a bonus for you, with the drive back, is that there are decent showers (not that I've used 'em... 10min back to my sofa)

Yeh I hear this every year "all welcome and good fun/nice vibe".

Don't believe him, Beastway is hardcore.

I swore never again.

See you next Weds.

Hi Ro5ey,
Unforts my bike shop has let me down & my bike wont be ready this afternoon - all I need was a fork service!

Wont be around next Weds but will definitely get down the following Weds, enjoy your race tonight
