Any good sources of info on UK MTB events?
This would be a cool feature for STW. A calendar which folk could post events to so that riders could search for an event based on that free weekend in september...

I think there did used to be one on STW at some point, would be useful if it was reinstated. The race diary on XCracer.com is pretty good. Don't be put off by the name, it does include events that aren't necessarily full-on races (e.g. Big Bike Bash, Dyfi Enduro).
Cyclosport.org is pretty much the definitive site for road sportives, if that's your thing too.
