what are the recomendations?

i want something that's not too baggy, in fact nice and tight fitting is preferable as i'm wanting these for mainly winter roadie/cx type stuff...

got some mt500's and they've been a bit dissapointing in fairness, not very waterproof at all... i've also got some altura attack's too and whilst they're very good' they're baggy affairs and not really what i'm after as per above...

I found the Tenn Proteans to be a pretty slim fit, more so than any others I've tried. In fact, I hate baggy wet shorts.

Dhb, sportful, castelli etc all do rain resistant bibs and longs, to go with their gabba style jerseys.

Gore-Tex running ones - half-price on Sportsshoes.com - Paclite, a bit shorter and slimmer than the MTB ones but they do have a vent across your 'arris so work best with a mudguard. All the MTB ones I've tried are ridiculously baggy

The gore bike wear ones are very slim cut for an over short. The alp X ones I'm thinking of. There seem to be many options.

Sportful Norain. I've used both short and long all over the past year with no issues.
