Worn in combo with bibs my waterproof shorts (Endura superlite) are without doubt my best bit of kit.
Unfortunately Endura don't do womens ones & the smalls are a bit big for Mrs S.
Any knowledge on other good waterproof shorts specifically designed for women?

Gore Alp X and if you hunt around, you may find last year's at a cheaper price.
